Return Policy

1. If an item is returned due to buyer error or any other reason beyond the sellers control the buyer will incur a 20% restocking fee, shipping and handling fees are non refundable.  Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. RMA number is required for all returns. Must email and request RMA number within 3 days of receiving item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Items returned without RMA number or after 10 days will not be accepted.
