I have had pest control done on a quarterly basis, all is in great working order. The neighbors are fantastic. The town of Lincoln city is about seven miles long. Many great places to eat, Chinook winds casino for playing fun, movies, great library, markets, fast food and fantastic restaurants for your enjoyment. Also very close to the siletz river, and Devils lake for water enjoyment. This is a great little community with so much to offer you for vacation, retirement or an investment of a life time.

Up date for all you nice people watching my property. I just go my tax statement this morning. The taxes went up and are exactly $3025.19 for 2008-2009. The land value alone is valued at $317.550 so you can see that my price is very cheap for what you are getting. We all know that the tax values are under estimated on the tax statements.

Just figure the land at $317 and house at 275 you already have close to 600K without all the furnishings, extras and customer base. Thanks again and pop me a note if you have any questions.
