Hawaii and Alaska: We will ship USPS priority. Items over $400.00 or shipping weights over 40 LBS, will ship with Fedex. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping option of their choice. To get a freight quote please send us your address.
International: No item over $400.00 will ship outside the United States. Use the shipping calculator in body of auction for shipping charges. All items will ship USPS priority mail at the buyers expense. We will not declare any item a gift. The customs declarations will have the exact amount listed. You may have to pay import duty tax or customs charge depending on your country.
Truck Shipments: Any item weighing 150 pounds or more ship with Fedex Freight. You must provide a daytime phone number in case the carrier needs to make delivery arrangements. They must be shipped to an address with a loading dock or forklift available. Lift gates and special delivery times are the expense of the buyer. If you miss initial delivery, you will be billed a minimum of $30.00 for second delivery.

Sales Tax is applicable in the following states: Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin.

DEFECTIVE ITEM: If you encounter a defective item, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving item for a new replacement (Items received from truck shipping do not qualify because of the high expense of shipping.) We will pay for the return shipping on defective items returned within 7 days of receipt.
OTHER RETURNS: We will only receive items back that have not been used or taken out of original packaging. You can return the item up to 14 days from receiving it. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back you will be issued a refund minus any shipping charges we paid to send the item.
