You will find your package will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared by PayPal. I also want the shipping costs incurred by you to be as reasonable as possible, but I want your package to arrive safely while remaining in the confines of reasonable shipping fees. I include delivery confirmation in my shipping costs. For increased security, I deliver your item directly to UPS or FedEx or the USPS. Please note, I cannot control delivery times once a package is in the possession of the carrier.
Insurance if desired is available. Rates are:
$0 to 50 = $1.70
$50.01to $100 = $2.15
$100.01 to $200 = $2.60
$200.01 to $300 = $4.60
$300.01 to $400 = $5.55
$400.01 to $500 = $6.50
$500.01 to $600 = $7.45
$600.01 to $5,000 = $7.45 plus $.95 per $100 value

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of my business and the product I sell, all sales are final. However, if under extenuating circumstances, please contact me. If an exception is made and I agree to accept a return, shipping and associated shipping costs are not refundable.
UNPAID ITEM POLICY
I realize that from time to time allowances need to be made for a for an unpaid item. Please note the following:
1 - Your bid is a contract to buy.
2 - Under certain conditions, I may process a waiver of an Unpaid Item Dispute, however the listing fee and 10% of the final value fee of the item will be assessed. This is to cover the cost of the additional resources associated with the re-listing.
3 - Additionally I ask that a mutual agreement initiated by me to end the transaction favorably be completed by the bidder. This is to recover the Final Value Fee collected by Ebay.
Condition Details
Store Stock - Overstock ~ These shoes are new but were purchased through liquidation channels as store stock. Store Stock shoes are manufactured as first quality and were not worn. Overstock items were simply over-ordered by the retailer's buyers and never placed on a selling floor.
Store Stock - Sale and Display items are also manufactured as First Quality and were not sold/worn. They may have been tried on and or handled in the retail store for look and fit. The bottoms may show some light carpet marks. They may show a few scuffs, spots, or impressions from handling. Any major imperfections will be noted to the best of my ability. Shoes may have the sale pricing labels/tickets on them. Boxes if included, may be damaged or the lid may be missing. Please review the photos and description carefully and make your selections appropriately.
Customer return ~ These shoes were purchased and returned to the retailer due to imperfection, damages or individual sizing issue. These imperfections will be noted to the best of my ability. They represent the greatest bargain to you as it may be possible to clean up, fix or polish these shoes.
A note about colors other than black: Colors vary from monitor to monitor and eye to eye. Blues, reds, greens, pinks, corals etc. have many different shades, tones and hues. If you are looking for a particular shade for an exact match, please do not bid without actually seeing the exact shoe and color in a retail store. Thank you.
