If you are
not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of
order date for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not
include your original shipping and handling fees). We must receive your
returned purchase within 30 days of auction end to issue a refund. Item(s)
must be in it's original package. Removing the linens from the package to
inspect the color and feel the wonderful fabric is fine. If for some reason
the color or feel are not right for you (remember they will be lightly
starched before they are washed for the first time), simply slip them back
into their packaging and contact us for a return shipping address. Once the
sheets have been unfolded they are not resalable and not returnable.
We cannot
accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, wrinkled or soiled.
Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Health department
regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including:
sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or
credit. Returns that do not meet our return policy will be sent back
customer at there expense.
After we
have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we
will credit the approved refund amount. We do not accept COD returns of
any kind.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For all international returns, we are not
responsible for any customs or brokerage fees that you or we will incur. You
are responsible to pay for your customs and brokerage fees as well as our
customs and brokerage fees. No exceptions. We will only ship to you under
the above conditions. Please understand this before placing an international
order.
We
will work with you to ensure a positive experience for both parties. There
are no returns without a return authorization number (RAN). Please Email us
