Every instrument we ship is packed in brand new packaging, packed to FedEx standards with a minimum of 3" of cushioning on each side. Most instruments ship with a case, and in many instances, we will double box an instrument to make absolutely sure it travels safely. Where possible, we will ship using FedEx.

USA Buyers

We ship most items within 1 business day of cleared payment - In many cases, we ship the same day.

Instruments will ship via FedEx Ground for all buyers in the lower 48 states.

We are happy to upgrade your shipping to FedEx Express for an additional fee - Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Instrument accessories will ship via USPS.

If you are using Visa or MasterCard to pay, we can only ship to the confirmed billing address.

We ship all items using FedEx International Air Economy. The calculator below does say UPS Standard, but we will be upgrading it at no added cost to you.
