All items will ship with USPS domestic tracking and will have $100 in insurance. International shipments are not insured and buyer must pay additional insurance if desired. Any DOMESTIC loss can be resolved in just 21 days after shipment and will require a letter from you stating the item number, total loss, signed and dated. That letter when mailed to us in hand, will IMMEDIATELY send you a check the next day if tracking shows more than 21 days since shipped and not delivered. I do accept RETURNS and there will be a 20% Restocking Fee-Relisting FEE on ANY RETURN that is sent back within 30 days of your winning bid only. After 30 days there are NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS so it is to your benefit to PAY ON TIME AND EARLY.
