Very Rare and Highly Desirable Brass Era Automobile Built by Hupmobile in 1911, Model 20...this Beautiful Touring may very well have been built for Australian export as only two of this unique cowl/firewall design seem to exist (the other being in Australia)...this automobile has been professionally rebuilt by and is owned by Don Marsh of Don Marsh Restorations (Spirit Lake, Idaho about 30 miles North of Coeur d'Alene)...the body sports all new wood and has been restored to Show Condition...the fenders are in nice driver condition but would need to be restored to Show Condition...it has a beautiful blue leather interior showing only a little wear...this automobile was never built with an optional windshield or top...this car is in great running condition with it's original Breeze Carburator and can easily attain a top speed of approx. 28MPH on level ground...Don Marsh has personally driven this vehicle for hundreds of miles and will attest to it's constant reliability...unfortunately the radiator leaks about a 1/2 gallon of water in about two hours (note: the radiator is a custom built core and part of the radiator shell...it will likely cost between 1000-2000 dollars to get rebuilt)...it is also missing the running board mounted acetylene tank for the headlights...reluctantly this very rare automobile is being offered up for auction as it has most definately been a head turner everywhere it has been shown...own one of America's Finest Automobiles ever Built...please note the mileage has been listed as 000.000 miles although thousands of miles have been driven on this car but there is no speedometer, odometer or tripometer on this car...this car has been driven approx. a little over 800 miles since it's restoration and I have personally enjoyed putting several miles on...it is truly a thrill to drive or ride in...please check out all the pictures and the letter from Bill Cuthbert...Don has slightly modified this car by adding a trunk and turn signals so that this automobile can be enjoyed on tours under modern driving conditions...these safety modifications could easily be removed if so desired...

As you Avid Car Collectors will realise the starting bid and modest Reserve on this Fine Automobile are far below it's current market value...

This automobile is located in Spirit Lake, Idaho but can be delivered to Spokane Washington for shipping for a nominal fee...Buyer is Responsible for Shipping Arrangements and Shipping as well as any applicable Sales taxes...a $2000 US non-refundable deposit will be required at the end of the auction and the balance must be paid within ten days of the auction...details can easily be worked out from there...

As I am trying to assist my friend Don Marsh in selling this automobile, I feel any questions you may have are likely better answered by him...you can contact him at woodleg@povn.com  or phone him at (208) 623-2039...please note: he does not have an answering machine and does not answer his phone after 8:30pm PST...

Good Luck and Happy Bidding...pres8
