Shipping
We ship everyday except Sundays and holidays. Our Preferred and only Shipper is the United States Postal Service. We ship USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping is Free on all regular doll inventory in our store ! Items that are not part of regular inventory ship at the cost indicated. Authentic American Girl Products within our store are not part of our free shipping. We do not offer shipping discounts on these products due to the size and weight. We will however combine them into one box if you purchase more than 1 item which will cost us more and that is why we do not discount shipping on Authentic American Girl products. They for the most part always come packaged in an authentic American Girl box and or plastic wrapping and contain a book and are quite heavier than our regular doll inventory. However you may add any of our regular doll related listing to your order for NO additional cost.
Terms of Sale
Payment must be received within 3 to 5 days of auction close. If payment is not received within the time period stated, item will be relisted and filed for a final value fee credit to my account. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Butterfly Kisses please contact me first and we will see what we can work out.
