Up for auction is a 1995 15’ Car Trailer, STK#162770. This trailer has been inspected by our mechanics and is in good towing condition. Some of the wood board are rotted and warped and will need to be replaced. This would be a great trailer to tow around a show car or race car. The trailer has no visible VIN so the buyer will be responsible for having a new VIN assigned to it and transferring owner ship from Cars4Causes. The registration expires 12/11 and there are no back fees that we are aware of. The trailer has a Ca Title. Good luck bidding!!!

We will accept PayPal, certified funds, personal checks approved by telecheck (in person only) or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard ONLY) - NO CASH! The successful high bidder must submit a non-refundable 25% deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

A deposit can be made over the phone with a credit card or with PayPal. Please be aware that Paypal can take up to 7 days to clear. If you pay with Paypal please call to confirm receipt of your payment before arriving to pick up your item.

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. Any other arrangements must be agreed to before bidding.

In order to complete all financial transactions and paperwork, the buyer MUST provide a valid form of picture identification (Passport or Driver's License). All financial transactions and paperwork must be completed before the vehicle is released. The vehicle's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping. The shipping company cannot sign for you. If you cannot appear in person to sign these documents we can assist you by fax or email.

By bidding without formally inspecting this car, you understand that issues overlooked and not described in the description are not grounds for cancelling this sale. We charge a $149.00 administrative fee on ALL transactions.

Cars 4 Causes® is a non-profit 501 (c)3 charity. Proceeds from this sale will go to support other charities and Cars 4 Causes® funded programs - such as youth education. In order for us to benefit charitable causes, the $149.00 must be collected on every transaction in order to afford our administrative costs and overhead such as postage fees, phone/internet costs and staffing at our vehicle facilities

Any sales tax or registration/title fees are the responsibility of the buyer! Please take note of the registration status of this item and if there are back fees. If you purchase an item with back fees - you may or may not be responsible for them depending on where you register the item. If you are purchasing an item with anything other than a clear title - please be very aware that you could have problems titling and/or registering this vehicle outside of California.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer - we do not offer or arrange shipping! The vehicle must be picked up from our location in Santa Paula, CA 93060. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Should there be something wrong with this vehicle when you come to pick it up that causes you extra time and/or expenses that you did not account for, then be aware: We do not cover gas, food, lodging, time taken off work or any other expenses incurred. This vehicle is sold as a complete vehicle - parts will not be removed or sold separately.

This auction will close at its scheduled time to the high bidder (provided the reserve is met) - no exceptions. However, we still reserve the right to cancel any auction due to listing errors.

The winning bidder will get ownership documents, and a bill of sale disclosing the winning bid. Winner will then be responsible for any tax and license fees (including back fees, if applicable). Winning bidder will be responsible for titling/registering this car on their own! Additional fees may be due to the proper agencies (tax, license, back fees).

Q: Can I drive this car to Canada, New York, South America, etc.?
A: As with any vehicle we sell, we do not make any guarantees as to how it will perform or what distance you can drive it. These are donated vehicles and we have little to no history on them. They are often in need of regular maintenance that we do not perform. We strongly recommend you have your vehicle inspected and serviced by a mechanic before driving it any distance. Should you choose to drive this vehicle off our lot, you do so at your own risk. With that in mind, sometimes a Smog Certificate is a good indication of a vehicle’s running condition. We have had people make it as far as Alaska and we have had people break down a block away from our lot.

Q: Will you sell me a part off of one of the cars you are selling?
A: No. As stated in the auction description, we do not part out vehicles. We are not a wrecking yard. This is a donated vehicle, and once it is on eBay, the bidders expect the car to have all the parts it was pictured as having.

Q: I would like to talk to the previous owner. Can you give me his/her contact info?
A: No. All our donor information is strictly confidential.

Q: What is the buy it now price?
A: On the rare occasion that we do a “Buy It Now” then the price will be in the auction. If there is no “Buy It Now” price then the vehicle will sell for the high bid amount. Please do not offer or inquire about doing business outside of eBay. This is strictly against eBay Guidelines and anyone inquiring about such business will be reported to eBay.

Q: If I win this auction will you guys help with shipping if I pay you?
A: No. We do not assist with shipping in any manner. This is covered in the item description as well.

Q: If I win this item can you guys pick me up from the airport?
A: No. We do not provide any transportation services.

Q: Will you call me? I would like to talk to someone about a vehicle you have for sale.
A: No. Due to the high volume of emails and listings we do, we do not have the staff support to speak to customers regarding items for sale. We also document all questions regarding vehicles for reference purposes. All questions must be asked using the “Ask Seller a Question” button at the top of this page.

Q: I am interested in a vehicle you have for sale but I cannot pick it up for another month or so. Is this okay?
A: No, this is not okay. We apologize for any inconvenience but we cannot commit to storing vehicles for extended periods of time. We do not have the storage capacity to do so. Payment and pick-up terms must be adhered to. If you are coming from out of state, arrangements can be made within reason. Please contact us if this is the case.

Q: I see that some of your vehicles require to be towed away on a flatbed. Can I use a tow dolly instead?
A: No you cannot. In the event that we require a vehicle to be towed away on a flatbed then it must leave on a flatbed. No exceptions.
